The oldest pharmacy in Obrenovac was opened in 1875. Although one of the oldest institutions in the town, its history has remained insuficiently known. rough conducted research, the scant information has been significantly supplemented with data, documents, and other discovered materials about the pharmacy's owners and their activities. It identified pharmaceutical cultural heritage as a significant topic in the exploration of the local history of Obrenovac. The founder of the pharmacy, Viennese pharmacist Mr Franz Franke, was its manager until 1892, after which Mr Bogoljub Kovačević; took over, followed by Milan Kovaćević, who assumed control just before the Balkan Wars. In 1922, it was leased to Mr Marko Stojanović, who registered it in 1931 under the name "Pharmacy of the Holy Trinity", and managed it until 1946 when it came under state ownership.
