Note: This is the translation of the German terms of contract for publications on pharmRxiv. In case of any doubt, the German Version of these term is liable.

1. I hereby grant the University Library Braunschweig (Specialized Information Service Pharmacy) the non-exclusive, perpetual right of use to reproduce the above mentioned publication on its servers, to store it, to make it publicly accessible and to transmit it for individual retrieval in data networks. The rights to use the publication in any other form remain unaffected. The University Library Braunschweig (Specialized Information Service Pharmacy) does not pursue any economic interests with this publication. I will not receive any compensation from University Library Braunschweig (Specialized Information Service Pharmacy).

2. I assure that I own the copyright to the work and further assure - also on behalf of any co-authors - that no rights of third parties are infringed by this publication. This also includes any illustrations or multimedia elements (e.g. photos, graphic elements) contained in this work.

3. The responsibility for avoiding conflicts of interest lies with the holder of the exploitation rights and not with University Library Braunschweig (Specialized Information Service Pharmacy).

4. I take full responsibility for the content posted by me and assure that the documents distributed by me have a scientific character, in particular do not contain any violence glorifying, inciting or pornographic content, do not incite to criminal acts or violate the personal rights of third parties.

5. University Library Braunschweig (Specialized Information Service Pharmacy) reserves the right to block public access to a publication if there are concrete indications of a violation of rights. It is not liable for damages resulting from the violation of copyrights and exploitation rights, unless there is evidence of intentional or grossly negligent fault on its part. I assure that I will inform the University Library Braunschweig (Specialized Information Service Pharmacy) immediately in cases of doubt or if alleged or actual infringements of rights occur.

6. The metadata of the documents and their link to the full text are recorded in the PubPharm discovery system of the Specialized Information Service Pharmacy and in other catalogs of public institutions. As part of the legally regulated mandatory submission of online publications, the metadata as well as the electronic documents are forwarded to the German National Library.

7. University Library Braunschweig (Specialized Information Service Pharmacy) is permitted to convert the documents into other file formats or otherwise technically modify them, particularly for the purpose of long-term archiving.

8. University Library Braunschweig (Specialized Information Service Pharmacy) is not liable in the event that the publication is illegally downloaded, modified or distributed elsewhere by a third party.
